BUYER PROTECTION

 

The eMahallat Buyer Protection Policy means that you are protected if you do not receive the product you requested, was wrong, damaged, or did not match the list. The item will then be replaced or refunded (as per return and replacement policy). eMahallat is not responsible for any purchases that occurred outside of Emahallat (purchases from vendors dealing with eMahalat.com). How does the Buyer Protection Program work?

  • eMahallat is committed to conducting the preliminary inspection of the products prior to packaging, then completing the rest of the order by shipping to the buyer.

  • The buyer must inspect the safety of the goods immediately after delivered, and if found to be faulty or not as descriped, he must begin to request the process of return or replace directly and within 3 days from the date of delivery through the following steps:

    • Making a request for a return through his account (Orders Section) in eMahallat.

    • If the request is approved, the buyer will be contacted to inform him of the way the item is re-picked and will be replaced and shipped to him with no extra shipping and return charges.

  • If the buyer finds that the product is damaged (due to industrial malfunctions or if there is a defect not due to misuse) after the specified return period and remains within the warranty period specified by the seller (if a seller warrenty exists), he / she must do the following:

    • Communicate with the seller directly and tell him about the problem and work to solve it.

    • If the seller does not respond, you can contact eMahallat by e-mail.

    • eMahallat will then investigate the matter and work to resolve it with the seller by adhering  him to his warranty policy for repairing, replacing, or returning the product.

Return The Item:

Pack the item in its original state and packaging, include orginal invioce. Then we will pick the package to eMahallat Logistics Department.

Replace or Refund Processing:

we will inspact the returned item, and if no replacment exists, you will get a refund.

Process Completion:

will get  your item replaced or get your refund.

RETURN, REPLACE AND REFUND CONDITIONS

Return and Replace

  • All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the date you received your item. For buyer on Yemen cites other than Sana’a, and other countries, they should make a return request once order has been received within three days, also.

  • All returned items must be in new and unused condition, packed in the original packaging with all of its components, and attached with its tags and labels.

  • You must submit your order orginal invoice and seller bill with the returned package.

  • We do not accept returns for:

    • Perishable items or different items.

    • Returning the item with different condition or missed parts and components ( such as, returning a mobile phone without its headphones or charger)

    • Return an item that has been misused by the buyer.

    • Claiming an item is not as described in the listing in order to circumvent a seller’s warranty period.

    • Not following the terms of the seller’s own warranty, or when the offer notes states so specifically are items that cannot be returned by seller policy.

 

Refund

  • The refund must be made within 3 days of receiving of the item.

  • eMahallat.com will carry out the refund process after making sure that the item is in compliance with the terms of return and replacement, and will then start the process of returning the money in case there is no substitute for the returned product.

  • If the customer pays the cost of the item through electronic payment the refund will be received in two weeks.

  • If the customer pays cash on delivery, the money will be charged when the item is checked by the customer during delivery, and the condition approved by us.

WARRANTIES & SELLER RETURN PERIOD

 
  • Sellers can specify a return period of their products, and can make them non-returnable. If the product returnable, and the marketplace 3 return days has passed, and seller return period still available, you can return the product directly to the seller.

  • After the seller return period has passed, and the items purchased has a warranty from seller, you can handle it to him to make repair or replace based on product seller warranty terms and period.

  • If you faced any issues with seller in handling your warranty, you can claim for product’s warranty by calling, emailing or visiting us. Then we will solve warranty issues with seller.

  • Some products are non-replaceable or non-returnable, and has no seller warranty. Please check product page before making a purchase, and check your purchased items upon receiving.
