• Cash on delivery is service to pay for the order during delivery. Will be available for most places across Sana’a for limited order amount cost.

• Check COD delivery availability for his selected products and for order amount doesn’t exceed 60,000 YR.

• Buyer must have an active national ID Card to receive the order.

• Provide the order cost cash when order delivered.

Accepted Payment Methods

eMahallat.com provides variety of payment methods and accepts most of financial and electronic services available in the Republic of Yemen (Floosak, Al-Kuraimi M Floss, Haseb, Mahfathati from Tadhamon Islamic Bank, and CAC Mobily). Cash on delivery service is also available within Sana'a capital city (for orders limited the upper limit of 50,000 YR).

• Please note that there are fees charged for the use of financial and electronic services by their providers. These fees vary from service to another.

• Please also consider sending the full cost of the order when choosing to pay by electronic money transfer and don't deduct the amount of the transfer fee from the cost of the order.

• eMahallat.com will notify the customer of the use of financial electronic services and their associated account numbers before confirming the purchase.

Cash on Delivery

Steps

• Sign-in to your eMahallat account or register for account.

• Adding the products to shopping cart, then processed to checkout phase.

• Select the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method.

• Accepting terms and agreements, then click submit the order.

• eMahallat will contact you to confirm the order, and complete processing the order.

• Once delivery person reach your address, provide him with the complete order cost and get your order. 

COD Policy

• Available to certain places in Sana’a capital city, and for certain categories and products.

• Order amount doesn’t exceed 50,000.

• Pay for order in cash same amount of order cost in Yemeni Rial, money check or any in other type of payment is not accepted.

• Order cannot be cancelled after it has been placed and confirmed.

• Order will be submitted to customer has an active national ID Card.

• A confirmation call will be done by eMahallat sales to confirm the placed order, If call has not been answered, order will be cancelled. Also, customer can call by himself to confirm his order.

• In case of no order received during delivery, the customer will lose COD payment option or account would be suspended, and to be reactivate if customer pay shipping charges related to his order.

• During delivery customer must provide the cash to delivery person first.

Electronic Money Transfer Payment Methods

Steps

• Sign-in to your eMahallat account or register for account.

• Adding the products to shopping cart, then processed to checkout phase.

• Select the preferred electronic money transfer payment method.

• Complete the transfer, and then fill the required fields.

• Accepting terms and agreements, then click submit the order.

• eMahallat will check the transfer, and complete processing the order.

Electronic Money Transfer Policy

• Transfer the exact total cost of order in Yemeni Riel.

• In case of transferred money has lower amount of money than the total cost of the order. The order will be pended customer will be contacted by support team and notified to transfer the rest of order cost.

• In case of transferred money has higher amount of money than the total cost of the order. The order will be processed, and support team will contact the buyer to agree in how the reset of his money will be returned.

• eMahallat accept money transfer only to our accounts. If buyer transfer to other account, the order will be in pending state until buyer modify his transfer transaction.

• Buyer must insert accurate data in the payment method fields. If data was not accurate the order will be pended, and support team will contact asking for modifications.

• Orders pending duration is 72 hours then order will be canceled, If no action taken from buyer in above cases.

• Customer can contact support team NO. 01 443 990 at any time during business working days for help, modification and coordination.
